There is no ‘one size fits all’ plan for how you should assess, control and minimise risk as you plan the re-opening of your work premises and safe return of your workforce. It depends on multiple factors, not the least of which is the type of business you operate, the physical environment and context in which business is conducted, the nature of the work being carried out, and the employees themselves. Government guidance will therefore need to be applied in the unique context of your organisation and your team, with reasonable judgement, and with reference to both initial and ongoing assessment of risk.
